At 18 years old while studying in London, England, Brice discovered the practice of yoga. What started as a way to reduce swelling from years of long distance running soon became a daily practice. Brice then decided to start her journey into a more serious study of traditional yoga with Ashtanga practitioner and Atlanta-based teacher Gary Jones. Gary was instrumental in teaching Brice full primary and encouraging her to go deeper in her yoga study. From there, Brice became a student of David Garrigues (one of 47 certified by the late Pattabhi Jois) of Philadelphia, PA. With David, Brice began to deepen her philosophy study, Sanskrit study, and practice of pranayama and chanting.

In 2015, Brice became a student of Sharath Jois (lineage holder of Ashtanga yoga, grandson of the late Pattabhi Jois) and KPJAYI in Mysore, India. Brice continues to takes trips to India to study under her teacher, Sharath, and while in India continues to study Sanskrit, chanting, and philosophy under Lakshimsha at KPJAYI. Brice is currently the only female to hold KPJAYI Authorization in the state of Georgia.

Paula's journey into the alternative therapy world started at a young age. Unsatisfied with the dogmatic teachings of church every Sunday, she chose to think of God as her friend and would chatter away to him on her way to school. But she had so many questions that weren't answered by the presbyterian religion she grew up in. High school was a struggle because she always felt different, thought differently and started to struggle with depression. Paula became obsessed with her weight and learning about the food and pharmaceutical industries. She also discovered Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad on her dads book shelf, which changed her perspective on the "normal 9 to 5" lifestyle and vowed to find a way out of the rat race.

In her early 20's Paula struggled with depression, anxiety and chronic fatigue. She was constantly searching for alternative solutions. Paula had her first two daughters, at 22, and 24 years of age. These adorable little beings completely changed her life and changed her main priorities from being financially based to more spiritually based. She started to listen to and read amazing authors like Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Joe Vitale, Doreen Virtue, Sylvia Browne, Bruce Lipton, Anita Moorjani and so many more. Learning about the other side, the power of our thoughts, the metaphysical and how we have the power to heal our selves was the start of life long journey for her.

Paula committed to seeing a kinesiologist on a regular basis, who she still sees today. Then in 2015, she started her studies learning about Mind - Body Medicine and how flower essences can heal. She then became a Special Needs Teachers Assistant working in Primary Schools whilst her daughters attended Primary School. In 2017, Paula studied spiritual coaching, then in 2018 she fell pregnant with her third daughter and completed her Reiki Level I. While Paula was waking up to a lot of things going on in the world, 2020 really took her to the next level. She discovered Dolores Cannon and completed her QHHT course. Paula also deep dived into various conspiracy theories, trying to understand why the whole world was put into locked down and why they were forcing everyone to get the jab. This next level of learning about what has been going on right under our noses was hard and heartbreaking but has also driven Paula to continue finding solutions to empower and heal.

In 2022, Paula received her Rekik Level II and then experienced a dark night of the soul during 2023. Paula re-emerged in 2024 with a new found self-empowerment and determination to finally start working with people in a professional way. She started her YouTube channel and completed Level I and II in Multidimensional Quantum Healing with Kerrie J White. Paula is excited to work with people at a deeper level where they can learn and grow together and awaken the dormant, but powerful abilities from within!
